poor breakfest, to make it more diversified
1.Toilet did not work. The staff explained the trick how to make it work. 2.I've seen one cockroach. 3.The king size bed did not have the king size blanket. There were two smaller blankets - one of the twin size and another of non-standard size. 4. Sometimes it was a strong noise of the road works outside of the hotel. 5. Internet does not work in every room. The staff was arguing about that. I had 2 computers and one iPhone. None of them was able to connect. Only after multiple requests I moved to another room where the internet connection was OK. 6. Pillows were really bad. 7. No hook in the bathroom for clothes. 8. No elevator. 9. Doors and windows cannot be open without a loud creak. 10.The room key sometimes does not work.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the room we had was excellent and the location was good although it did take a little time to find the hotel
The room was nice, very big, we had the sleeping room, a small living room and the bathroom. The room had a nice decoration with wallpaper and we also had a couch! 10 minuts walking to the city center and surrounded with small but nice restaurants
The breakfast is very poor
Very good location - in the center of city, near by railway & bus stations. Enough nice big rooms, very helpful staff.
There isn't a lift in the hotel. So it can be difficult to climb to the 2 floor with heavy luggage.
Only liked the location - the center of the city.
Did not like: the constant noise outside the window - building underground, in-room tv was not working and there was no air conditioner in the bathroom in the morning strong unpleasant smell.
I've had a great stay. Hotel is conveniently located near the City Center and that was exactly what I needed. Rooms were perfectly clean and very spacy, staff very helpful.
The desk staff were most helpful and friendly. Apartment was big and spacious with jaccuzi and sauna.
The quality of the breakfast was really poor. New cleaning lady forgot our apartment until we complained.
Friendly staff who were happy to serve me breakfast at 11am which was well past their cut off time. Mine was a corner room with excellent mountain views!
There was no lift! I had to carry my heavy luggage up 2 floors! Also the bathroom was not very cleverly designed with toilet almost right in front of the door! Otherwise the room was large & well furnished.
once again everything was ok (hotel is situated in a walking distance from the center, room was very big and comfortable, parking available
Even the breakfast was not like previous time, we'd stay again.
Rooms were spacious and my child loved that he had his own tv in his room. Very easy to find by car and also walking distance from city center sites.
Private parking was actually on the pavement outside which i was worried about but was ok in the end
Enjoyment of nicely furnished room spoiled by lack of heating during a cold period.
I found that the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room very clean and comfortable.
Stayed in room 110; the sofa bed was missing a support strut and so was uncomfortable, the heating was mainly in the lounge area of the room. There was no heating in the bathroom in October and it was a bit chilly. The quality of the breakfast could do wth improving.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and obliging, but at present the hotel suffers from being isolated from the main north/south traffic flow because of long-term metro construction works. I guess that this has significantly reduced casual trade - hence the substantial price reduction at the present time. And in an apparent attempt to cut costs, there was no central heating on in late October/early November despite cold nights. The hotel has no lift. Breakfast was adequate but no more. But in terms of value-for-money in a central location in central Sofiya, it would be hard to beat.
the road works outside the hotel, make the area look untidy, but this has no affect on the hotel
