The venue is fairly clean, with absolutely perfect location short walk to sea, the main centre, and Sofia. It's a great place to stay, the staff is excellent and helpful. The restaurant serves amazing Georgian food.

Its convenient location close to the city center and right next to the Lion's bridge makes it a perfect choice for exploring the city. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The rooms, some of which have a lovely view of the mountains, are spacious and come with a big bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast included vegetarian options, which is a big plus for those with dietary restrictions.
All was good, nothing to improve.

1.Toilet did not work. The staff explained the trick how to make it work. 2.I've seen one cockroach. 3.The king size bed did not have the king size blanket. There were two smaller blankets - one of the twin size and another of non-standard size. 4. Sometimes it was a strong noise of the road works outside of the hotel. 5. Internet does not work in every room. The staff was arguing about that. I had 2 computers and one iPhone. None of them was able to connect. Only after multiple requests I moved to another room where the internet connection was OK. 6. Pillows were really bad. 7. No hook in the bathroom for clothes. 8. No elevator. 9. Doors and windows cannot be open without a loud creak. 10.The room key sometimes does not work.

The room was nice, very big, we had the sleeping room, a small living room and the bathroom. The room had a nice decoration with wallpaper and we also had a couch! 10 minuts walking to the city center and surrounded with small but nice restaurants
The breakfast is very poor

The value for money at Maxim Boutique was fantastic - comfortable rooms and big beds made for a great stay. The location was excellent, with major sites and the bus station within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging airport transfers for us.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, with a wider variety of food options.

Only liked the location - the center of the city.
Did not like: the constant noise outside the window - building underground, in-room tv was not working and there was no air conditioner in the bathroom in the morning strong unpleasant smell.

Very good location - in the center of city, near by railway & bus stations. Enough nice big rooms, very helpful staff.
There isn't a lift in the hotel. So it can be difficult to climb to the 2 floor with heavy luggage.

The hotel's location was ideal for us. We were able to walk to most tourist destinations or take the conveniently located metro or bus stop just outside. The room was also clean and had all the necessary hotel facilities we needed during our stay. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good.
Don't have any issues at all.

The desk staff were most helpful and friendly. Apartment was big and spacious with jaccuzi and sauna.
The quality of the breakfast was really poor. New cleaning lady forgot our apartment until we complained.

I've had a great stay. Hotel is conveniently located near the City Center and that was exactly what I needed. Rooms were perfectly clean and very spacy, staff very helpful.
